My indulgence at Disneyland definitely reminded me that I can't be veering too much from my calorie limit just yet. Small weight loss this week and we are back at Disneyland for the weekend to kick off the kids' summer break. I need to behave with my food choices 🤤
170.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you Windsong! Totally agree! It's unrealistic for me to completely deny myself of all the goodies that I enjoy when I'm at my favorite place. I've managed to savor just a small bite to satisfy my sweet cravings. It's the main meals at Disney that I need to improve on. I ordered a pot roast and ate the whole plate when I should have split it with someone else instead. Maybe this weekend I'll order the salmon entree and just get a bite from someone else's plate of the pot roast. 😜 At least I didn't order the fried chicken! 😆

If you are thinking about these things than I know that in time you will get better and better at making the choices that you need to attain your goals.
