I have been following my woe foods 100% I really do need to cut back on my portions & get that more in control. Of course I had temptation yesterday but walked on by. I know this weekend will be tough. I have a BFF visiting for a few days and she likes to go out to eat and always has tempting foods around. Fortunately she has her own place to stay so at least the 'no-no's' will not be in my apartment. Also there is a reunion get-together coming up that I'll have to "watch it" with, but I'll probably be ok with it, just that they will be giving out 'free drink' tickets, I don't want to start that! Kind of tired today and it is so HOT I haven't been exercising and I'm in a so-so mood, but that will pass. Hope ALL is well in FS-Land & take care to ALL :-)
