i went to the beach yesterday and wanted to swim; but the waves were so strong; I chickened out! Hard to be in a bathing suit again... but I'd rather go looking like I do than miss summer. My body was sore from the exercise of the day before; so I didn't exercise yesterday. I'm in my exercise clothes... just have to make myself start! At least I tracked my food yesterday!
