Up a half pound, not what I was hoping for. I tried to log my food over the weekend as accurately as I could but without being able to measure quantities or know exactly what was in everything my intake was likely higher than the food diary shows. And the ice cream I had last night didn't help either (stress reaction, old bad habits are hard to break). I didn't get any real exercise and 2 days of driving didn't help that. I guess the good news is I'm only a half pound up. So nose back to the grindstone, onward and downward from here.
