Since my company has implemented an excersise time, I have found myself speedwalking whenever I have to opportunty, to and from work, both 15 minute breaks and the additional time they grant us to do something healthy. Even on the weekends, instead of playing that damn video game, I do something that involves moving around. I haven't even bought the newest video game that just came out. I walk the dog more often which he also needs..lol. I also make better food choices.
This will all pay off. This site has helped me immensley in keeping motivated
