Yesterday I ate "Poorly" at 120% of goal due to late night snacking. I exceeded my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF unchanged... Lift Day!!!

Uncontrollable can be a tricky term when it comes to eating. I ate more than I intended but didn't eat as much as I could have eaten. I knew I was pass my calorie goal but I wasn't satisfied and continued to eat. Once I was satisfied I stopped...
