been really sick past few days but its helped with my weight loss lol down to 14 stone 2 199lbs woowoo now gonna go see docs see whats the matter with me hope everyone is ok and doing good x

199.0 lb Lost so far: 38.0 lb.    Still to go: 59.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
