I'm going to stop calling this a "diet" because I think that word scares me. I'm not even going to focus on the food part--just exercise for now. That's where I really fall down. Let's see how this approach works...

Hey! Hello there and welcome back! I think your approach to focus on exercise is well founded. I never was a regular exerciser at any time in my entire life before this year. So it is possible to teach an old dog new tricks even if you are still a bit of a pup :) Even if your weight never changed, the benefits of exercise would have you feeling better, stronger, more positive. Give it a try. They say that if you can keep something up for a month that it becomes a habit. I found it took me a bit longer to "ingrain" it into my daily life. So don't discourage if your efforts are hit and miss some days. Keep trying. That's all we can do!
