Four weeks ago I didn’t know if I could lose 11 lbs in 5 weeks. You don’t know until you try. When you find an exercise and diet that works for you, everything will fall into place. I am getting rid of everything I don’t need anymore to make space for what this will bring me. 💕💕💕

Hoping to bring focus. I want simplicity in my life. The last two years have been rough, but I try to not let anything bother me and move forward. Even last week I got hit by a car... my home got flooded two nights ago...multiple visits to the hospital in the last 2 weeks more terrible things that happened I won’t mention, I stayed focus. Life gets difficult but I kiss. Keep it simple stupid.

Simplifying my life like eating only the foods that make me feel good and I enjoy. Removing negative energy vampires from my life. Getting rid of visual clutter and stuff that I don’t need anymore. Spending time doing things I enjoy. Pretty simple huh?
