I can't seem to stick to this plan for longer than a few days. So I've just been trying to drink lot's of water and watching what I'm eating as apposed to being so strick. It's a slower proses but it seems to be working. I still drink the protien shake for breakfast and I'm eating salads for lunch. Staying away from sugar and bread. Chicken and fish are my main protiens. I snack on fruits and nuts mainly. I have to have that crunch!!! I hope everyone is doing well!! have a wonderful weekend!!

I think we are together, here. I am in about the same place. I follow the diet through the afternoon, but by dinner time, I may stray. But, I am starting to lose again, and I got a new dog that doesn't recall, so I have to take her out on a leash EVERY time. So, I am moving a lot more. So, just keep after it. I think you will succeed.
