Try the grilled chicken sanny when having to hit a drive thru... I have to do it more than I'd like, but running to 7-10 appts a week with two lil ones, I'm bound to have to feed them on the way or in between sometimes, too. McDonalds grilled chicken sanny is DELICIOUS and you can get apple dippers and just eat the apple! :) It's not "ideal" but it's one of the best things I can find in a hurry, as well as the other drive thrus, for a chicken sanny, but I do like the McDonalds one! lol I am not a big MickeyDees person, though. Keep up the great work, you CAN DO IT!!

Graciepoo - you have come so far on your journey ...you just need a new dance step -- 4 steps forward 1 backward and repeat! (Feel free to skip the backward step - it will improve the dance!) Hang in there! After TOM - the scale will probably drop back down and be just the motivation to stay on track!

Just checking in on you graciepoo! Just wanted you to know when you posted your before and after pics at your half way point - they really inspired me to want to succeed. You can do it my friend....keep looking forward and take it one day at a time - you have been a tremendous support for many of us here and a great inspiration!
