I can't believe that I stayed the same just got back from a 5 day vacation over the 4th. We were in Montana with no service so I couldn't keep up my diary, just wrote most things down and entered when I got back. I took healthy snacks and tried to mainly do portion control. We did get exercise because we went on a couple of hikes. The part that I thought would get me would be alcohol consumption. Great!! So glad. Now 2 weeks to stay on track really good, and another vacation to Mexico!!
