Didn't eat really good the past couple days. Took in a lot of calories but also was doing a lot of physical labor. My calorie usage was a lot more than my intake and I still gained weight.
221.2 lb Lost so far: 7.8 lb.    Still to go: 221.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
