Slept well, up at 7:30 to go to TOPS. Gained 3pounds....not what I want but reflective of what I ate the week. Only I can change this and I need to do it. Angie came by and cut yard for the first time this year. Will talk to Eloise later. Went out to spa after supper to exercise.
206.5 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 51.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
