Had a good week. Stuck with the diet, got in some extra exercise. Didn't have a night out binging from bar to bar - gosh - that seemed to have made a difference. Go figure.
228.5 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 43.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
