Up at 7:30 and getting ready to go to TOPS. Lost 1.5 pounds this week. Went to cvs to order meds for tomorrow and then to Burger King and bilo, and then home where both Angie and Eloise have called. It's beautiful and sunny and in the 60's in central SC.
