New Year, New Me and all those clichés that get us going with newfound optimism. Sadly, I am heavier now than I have ever been, so I'm going to need all of the determination I can muster. Here goes!

Good luck - you got this!! After losing and getting lower than I've been in years, I've worked my way back up. I'm going to get a handle on it though and using Fat Secret really does help me with what and how much I'm eating.
