Slept well. Got ready for TOPS. Gained 4.5 lbs this week. Too much Christmas "cheer" in the form of sweets and comfort foods.
202.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
