Slept well. Up at 7:30 to get read for TOPS meeting. Had Christmas party today and a lunch, for the most part all healthy foods. Spoke to Angie and called Eloise this pm. Went out to the spa to exercise before supper as was acheing so much, at least it helped temporarily.
198.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
