just one meal a day for 5 days, eating only a large bowl of salad, 3 hard boiled eggs, a little red onion, one whole Avocado and 2 or 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. add in a few spices like hot peppers, pink salt , pepper, and other spices.... only 40 oz of coffee a day with butter and heavy cream. over 80 oz of liquid a day (coffee and water)
