I don't think I really lost 13 pounds this week. I just think that when I weighed in last week I thought I was heavier than I really was. I think I have actually lost about 8 pounds since last Monday. Yay! It hasn't been that hard yet. I just try to keep focused and I have my mind made up that I can and will do this - no exceptions. Headed to the gym for lunch and I am going to push myself to do at least 20 minutes on the eliptical. That might not sound like much to some of yall but for me that is a push. I want to eventually build up to like 45 minutes at a time. :)
