So... this is not a shocker, but eating that thin crust GF Dominos pizza twice this week was not a great decision. But such is life, I won't be hard on myself because I know I fluctuate weekly even when I was eating strict keto. Lesson learnt... going places without packing snacks is going to lead to giving in.
151.0 lb Lost so far: 16.7 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
