Ordinarily, I'd complain about such a small loss. But considering I was sick this week, and more than once chose comfort food over plan food, and missed 2 workout days, I will take it. Was expecting a gain, anyways! Feeling better everyday, so I should do better in the coming week (if I can avoid my kids' Halloween candy! 🙂)
