I’ve been dealing with a bout of depression these last few weeks. I have fallen off and gotten back on more than once. The difference is that now I have the mindset to get back up and keep moving forward. I am almost at my first goal and can’t wait until I reach that day. If you fall get up and keep moving forward, even if it’s a crawl. At least your making progress and that is all that matters.

Thank you for the inspiration. I fought with a very, very dark place for months last year...I apppreciate your candor and I'm following you, because it's good for me to see such positive affirmation in the face of what can be so crippling. :)

That ole saying. Something like, it's not how many times you fall (or get knocked down), what counts is how many times you get back up! You've done so well overall, never forget that!! You're worth it!
