Back down this morning. Feeling a bit like a yo-yo. I'm happy to be where I am, though, in terms of weight.
I'm depressed about some very bad family news. This has led to a series of emails between here and Norway, and phone calls to Spain. All about malfeasance in England. I'm getting advice I don't want from a gentleman who's somewhere between Stavanger and Aberdeen at any given moment and who doesn't realise how close he's come to having his neck wrung. But he's not the problem.
