Been on vacation on the east coast for the past 10 days & ONCE AGAIN, I gained weight. Not sure why I have the mindset that when I am on vacation I have a "free pass" to eat what I want. The scale DOESN'T LIE when I get home! Ate sugars & carbs and I paid the price, bottom line! Back to eating right starting today & preparing for the 1/2 marathon in Laguna Hills next month!
