Yesterday I tried something different.... curry chicken with Cauliflower Rice, and Keto Naan (basically, coconut flour / water / egg whites / salt / herbs)... I felt bad afterwards... and I know why...the curry sauce... it was not Keto Friendly, my macros where out of whack, 20% carbs for yesterday, compared to my current 5-10% goal. I have to admit it was so good to taste it, but I new as soon as I finished, I allowed to many carbs and process food (the curry) into my body. OK, so today, salads and back on eggs (maybe a keto pizza, with very very light tomato sauce on it)
