I started this woe six weeks ago at 337 lbs and miserable. I set my goal for 240 in three steps and I hit the first on today. Stepped on the scale for a gran total of 299 lbs. First time I've been under 300 lbs in almost 4 years. Next step is to hit 275 and start running to be ready for my first 5k run next year. If you feel like giving up just remember there is no feeling or drug that can give you the high of accomplishing a goal you have set for yourself. Perseverance is key!
299.0 lb Lost so far: 38.2 lb.    Still to go: 61.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
