Water again...but in the right direction this time. After 3 days of forcing myself to stay below 20 g of carbs, the hunger finally abated yesterday. That tells my I'm back to being keto-adapted. Yay! I've been watching the birds at the feeders this morning. It's so relaxing to see them swoop in, fill their gullets, and fly away. The small wrens and sparrows appear to have moved away, as the small seed feeder has been untouched for over a week. It may be coincidence, but I had mixed in a bunch of thistle seeds the last time I filled it, and all the 'littles', as I call them, have abandoned the feeder. The larger feeder, though, is attracting new customers. I saw a mockingbird this morning, for the first time, as well as a few cardinals and blue jays. The jays are funny! They really like the peanuts that are in the mix I buy, and will use their beaks to flick away the seeds they're not interested in, flinging them right out of the feeder. No worries, though, because the mourning doves come in after them, and do clean-up. I didn't get the video made yesterday, so I'll do it today. Have a marvelous Monday, buddies! ~Kes
