I love losing all the weight when you first start. I know this isn't going to last but it sure is nice while it lasts.

I feel bad that I didn't make it to the gym yesterday but I just had too much to do. I have an art show today and I'm leaving for home tomorrow. So there was a lot to get done. Also, I'm not sure how I'm going to squeeze it in today. I guess I can work out around 10/10:30 after the show and then the next morning before my 8/9 hour drive. I have to get a cooler and keep some salad and snacks in there for my trip too. Not sure when that will get done.
197.6 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 72.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Just enjoy the feeling that you are losing and believe that you will continue to lose. Don't feel bad about anything, you are doing really well, and will continue to do so. Stay with it Kas359!

don't "sweat" it too much...if you miss a work out you will be ok...

Sounds like you have a great plan, ... sometimes you have to go with the flow a bit, but keep in mind that having a healthy snack on the road is possible, even if you have to stop for a salad or small pack of nuts, you can do it! Keep up the great work!
