That's right, after a week of less then 1,200kCal per day, and walking every day, I had 4 beers and 1/2 of a "regular" dinner on Saturday night and that gains me a pound. I will have to count calories and stay under 1200kCal for the rest of my life, or it will just all come right back...how is that fair?
214.6 lb Lost so far: 27.4 lb.    Still to go: 67.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
