Slept well,up at 7:45am. Got ready to go to TOPS. Lost 3 1/2 pounds. Eloise lost 1. Went to Walmart to get gas and then to tj maxx, and Bilo and Chinese place and then home.
197.5 lb Lost so far: 16.5 lb.    Still to go: 42.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
