Finally down a half pound, I'll take it! After spending the weekend at my son's house I'm actually kind of surprised. I refuse to be a pain in the tush so I just ate what was prepared with no comment. Fish was breaded, corn tortillas in the casserole, and chips with the nachos. I practiced portion control and came out ok on calories, but over on carbs. Today is prep for a colonoscopy tomorrow. Oh joy!! Hope you all have a good day!
