Slept well,up at 8:00 am. Left to go to tops. Lost 1 lb in 2 weeks. Best weekly loser, and monthly for last month. Angie came by and we got Michelle's food and pads in. Got David a pizza for supper.
200.5 lb Lost so far: 13.5 lb.    Still to go: 45.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
