This is a new beginning after the new year. While I did gain some weight over the holidays It's not as much as is showing here. I got a new scale for Christmas and I am now using that to weigh myself. I've been using the Wii to weight up to now and for reasons that my wife and I are aware of, I'm skeptical of it's (Wii) relieability. Anyhow this is a new beginning! The first Grandaughter due in March will know a slimmer Grandad!
201.0 lb Lost so far: 52.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
