This is just so awesome! I really had my doubts because I have been feeling bloated the past few days (but not this morning, which should have encouraged me, lol), and I've missed a few workouts this week due to things. Yesterday was a beautiful day and my daughter has been begging to go to the park, so I pushed a double stroller almost 2 miles (there and back) and ran around after the kiddos for about 40 minutes, yesterday. So I'm not feeling any guilt over skipping yesterday. It was worth it. Getting closer to onederland!
