doing ok through the day, and snack wrongly at night! and need to get the weekends a bit better as well, just stagnating at this point.
162.5 lb Lost so far: 13.9 lb.    Still to go: 14.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.4 lb a week

I know you know this, but get some foods that you can snack on for very few points like tangerines. I actually snacked on cold asparagus spears the other day - and they were good! It helps to make a list of things you enjoy doing and then when you are tempted to eat, you might do something you enjoy and take your mind off eating. Be patient with yourself - one day at a time.

I wish I had the solution to the snacking (or binging) at night, I have the same problem. I think that the solution may be to have someone put me into a straitjacket after 6:00pm (or *something similar*). Hang in there Dianet.

I hear ya girl!! Hang tough, it will all come together. For me, it's five steps forward, then one or two back, just the kind of journey I want to take. LOL!! Stay well, you are only 10 pounds from goal ~ this is fantastic!
