I was afraid to get on the scale this morning but real happy to see I lost a few pounds. I hope to see me more every week. Thank you Jesus for the strength!
284.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 134.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
