My weight continues to go up! I didn't eat that much, but alot of it was snacking. It's difficult this time of year not to eat the goodies. I didn't do yoga (again), because I had to clean up the basement. I figured I burned as many if not more calories with that activity.
206.4 lb Lost so far: 68.6 lb.    Still to go: 1.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 23 December 2011:
2052 kcal Fat: 106.84g | Prot: 106.14g | Carb: 176.09g.   Breakfast: Shedd's Spread Light Spreadable Margarine, Reduced Fat Mexican Style Shredded Cheese, Milk (Nonfat), Fried Egg, 12 Grain Specialty Bread, Salsa. Lunch: Turkey Chili with Beans. Dinner: Sweet Potato , Cool Whip Whipped Topping Lite, Sugar Free Boston Cream Pie Pudding, Beef Ribs (Whole, Trimmed to 1/4" Fat). Snacks/Other: Dry Roasted Salted Peanuts, Honey , Cool Whip Whipped Topping Lite, Peanut Butter, Trail Mix Fruit and Nut. more...

Snacking and bites, licks and tastes are my biggest problem. I think just a few tastes here and there won't hurt, but they can really inhibit weight loss. It's so hard this time of year. I just made brownies and chocolate covered pretzels. I've been maintaining which is a good thing.
