I'm undecided whether I should go with my morning weight on my home scale (sans clothes), or my almost afternoon weight on my dietitian's scale (with clothes). I've kinda been going back and forth. Well, actually my dietitian's scale said I've lost one pound this week, and my home scale said I've lost about 2 lbs. Which one should I trust? She wants me to eat more. Yuck.

114.6 lb Lost so far: 56.4 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
