My weight is down a little again today. I worked on the floor some more yesterday and made an attempt at P90X. It's difficult to do when you're already sore and tired, but I got through about half of it. Tonight is plyo and more work on the floors. We're getting there.
200.4 lb Lost so far: 74.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
