Self-determination and motivation are going to be the key to my weight loss and toning up. I am still losing weight on a steady basis by doing nothing more than changing up my eating. I HAVE to get into some sort of exercise habit if I want to get all of the weight off, or I'm soon going to reach a plateau and become discouraged. I have just over 3 weeks before my conferences, and I have a lot of work to do. That goal is the jump start to really making a difference in my body shape before the summer months finally arrive.

I'm with you on the making myself do it, only mine is not overeating - I've been good at the exercise due to circumstance, but I really could stand to do something more. I keep forgetting to put my ankle weights on - tomorrow I will!!

Alot of my loss has been from eating habits, helping coach softball means I'm moving more than I normally would but I do need a more definitive exercise plan...

Now that the weather has gotten warmer, I should definitely show an improvement since mom and I will get out and start walking every day that we can. I would still like to do something like crunches or getting on one of my exercise machines. It wouldn't take much, as far as time, but it would certainly make a difference!
