Lost some more weight today! I'm still thinking about getting down under 200. I haven't done that since I was 19 years old, and wouldn't have lost that much then if it weren't for Army basic training. I was about 175 lbs. after BCT. Much too skinny. I didn't get to do yoga yesterday because I had some chores to take care of, but I didn't eat much and I stayed active all day. Looking forward to legs and back workout tonight.
