Still some problems with water retention at times. Intermittent fasting seems to be helping. Going to start some Vitamin D via cod liver oil to see if this will help smooth out the periods when I seem to be in a holding pattern. The Vitamin D should help the fight against the inflammation from all the fat still in place and the mistakes I make in the daily eating, which I try to avoid, but I as still learning some specifics. Oh Yea, my C Reactive Protein is finally normal and my HDL/TG ratio is 1.7 which is normal. Bottom line I am winning the inflammation battle associated with obesity and that is the key we all have missed it seems. What a blessing to be in control finally after all these years. It's all praise to God and the grace He affords to me now at this stage of my life.
