Sometimes the stresses of life take precedent over trying to eat healthy & exercise when you should - the main thing is to keep focussed on your goal - you might well have a bad weigh in like me - but it's about picking yourself up and keeping going - it's going to be SO worth it in the end. Apparently you shouldn't exercise too hard when you have a cold/flu anyway as it puts extra pressure on your heart. Hope this week is better for you too x
