Had tops today and gained 3 lbs. will have to get new car insurance as cancelled by Allstate. Got stuff on nh state hospital from Susan.
212.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
