Ok, I think I am officially starting. My mother is supposed to be doing this with me. Wonder if she has logged on yet since she was giving me crap for not being active here... ha ha... anyway... I am making today as my official DAY 1... It was supposed to have started on Monday, but we were on a family vacation to Niagara Falls and just got home last night. We had to pick up my sick cat from the vet then it was off to bed. So, today is DAY 1............. wish me luck. Also, I have to note. Until mid January I am concentrating only on getting back into a workout routine. I am not going to get into the diet, except for increasing water intake, until after my baby hits 1yr because I don't want to worry about my milk supply. I need to lose 20 lbs and I am hoping to hit my diet hard core after his 1 yr birthday and lose at least 15 if not 20 lbs by April 1 because we are going on a cruise. Before I got pregnant this last time I was down to 131. My goal is to be around 135.
