Scale is going back up, but pants are still getting loose... Maybe I'm gaining muscle? At least, that's what I'm going to keep telling myself ;) I've been doing pretty well with my food choices, but I still could do better. I'm getting ready to go to the gym, I'm trying really hard to get back in the habit of going at least 3 days a week, if not more. Hope everyone has a great day!

Sometimes the scale lies, loose fitting pants are much better at telling us we lost some weight.

Thanks, guys! I did 3 miles on the treadmill yesterday, and than included running and various inclines... It felt great!

Nice job with the workouts!! As Snezica indicated, clothes are much more 'trustworthy' vs. the scale . . . unless elastic is involved, there's really no room for deception! :)

Lol, not much elastic! But my yoga pants do feel a little loose 😀 I went shopping the other day, and naturally selected large size shirts, but when I tried them on in the fitting room I realized I should've got a few mediums instead. BEST. FEELING. EVER.
