I'm not struggling with this way of eating, like I have with others in the past, but I'm not losing quickly either . . . all in all I suppose at my age any weight loss should be a plus. I had a good week exercising every day. It was the first week of school and very busy but I got a lot done and I just FEEL healthier! I went shopping yesterday and bought more healthy food and practised some new exercises. I would love to be able to eat like this and move like this from now on! I think I may need to adjust my meal portion sizes.
