Just maintaining right now. Seems to be working well. I’m grateful for where I am from where was three years ago. Perspective is good. And being able to accept that: what we want and what we can ultimately achieve can be a compromise.
190.2 lb Lost so far: 23.8 lb.    Still to go: 2.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
